STARGAZING with Maine author Jamie Hogan

Rowe students and families are invited to a FREE stargazing evening on Friday, March 4 to cap off a school-wide celebration of astronomy with Maine author Jamie Hogan!
Along with Hogan, author of Skywatcher, the event will feature USM Planetarium Director Ed Herrick-Gleason and other special guests who will lead a festive night of guided stargazing, reading, music, art, and fun.

7:00-7:30 Telescope Time (with experts)
7:30-8:00 Astronomy Talk and Q&A with Ed Herrick-Gleason, USM Planetarium
8:00-8:15 Skywatcher Reading by Jamie Hogan
8:15-8:30 Music and Dance with Diego Diaz, Rowe Music Teacher
Rowe School will be providing bus service before and after the event for passengers aged four and older; children must be accompanied by an adult. More information about bus stop locations will be provided to families closer to the event.
*The rain (or snow!) date will be March 11.
