SPRINGFEST 2024

may 18 | 12 pm-3 pm

SpringFest is an annual outdoor festival celebrating our Rowe community while raising money to support our school programs.

It is a day full of fun with friends we look forward to every year!

Take a look below to learn more, volunteer, donate and find out all about SpringFest!

  • volunteers! We need your help

This is Rowe School’s largest community event of the year! It is a day for the Rowe Community put on by the Rowe Community. This means we need many hands to help make it all happen!

Please take a look at the volunteer opportunities HERE and share your time where you can.

Feel free to pass this link onto friends, family, and others in our community who might want to volunteer their time at SpringFest. Donate a cake to WIN-a-CAKEIl! Mention volunteering at SpringFest to other Rowe Families when you see them in your neighborhood! No one wants to miss out on this great time!

Do you have an older child who used to be a Rowe student?... We have opportunities for them to volunteer too! Please email Rita King for more information!

  • teacher raffle

Win something donated by your teacher or favorite person at Rowe!

SpringFest tickets may be entered into the Teacher Raffle by students. Have the chance to win lunch with your teacher, an opportunity to spend time in the Rowe Garden or even a Squishmallow So many fun things!

The drawing for winners will be done at 2:30pm at SpringFest; you do not need to be present to win.

*Each student may win a maximum of two raffle items.

  • Donate to the Silent Auction!

Every year SpringFest holds a Silent Auction of themed baskets of goods and single large value items.

We are currently collecting items for the baskets. Each classroom has a theme; all themes may be found HERE. Please do not feel limited by the theme suggested for your child’s class - if you have an item that would work well for another class theme, send it in and we will put it to good use! We welcome donations that would be appropriate as standalone Silent Auction items, such as tickets, memberships or gift certificates.

We also need containers (baskets, beach buckets, totes, bins, etc.) to fill with these goodies! New and gently used containers are much appreciated.

Please send in all donations by Wednesday, May 15th. Items can be dropped off in the main office at Rowe School or given directly to your child’s teacher.

  • games

It is a field of carnival games! What will you do first?

Toss a football at a target or make your way through the obstacle course? Try your hand at fishing or jump around in the bounce house? Stopping by the temporary tattoo parlor is an absolute must! Dunk your favorite Rowe teacher in the dunk tank!

All games are 1 ticket to play. All tickets won at games may be exchanged for prizes in the prize area or used in other SpringFest activities.

  • tug-of-war

We are bringing back the wickedly popular SpringFest Tug-of-War Tournament. Get together a Team and sign up at SpringFest. There will be opportunities to join a Team if you do not have one. Each Team may have up to 12 kids and 2 adults. Signup will be 12pm - 1pm. The Tournament will begin at 1pm. If you win you move onto the next round. Good luck!

  • WIN-a-CAKE!

This is the most beloved activity at Rowe SpringFest! It is a game like musical chairs. When the music stops and if your spot is called, you are out of the game. The last player standing wins a cake!

We need cakes and treats donated for this game - both baked or bought make a yummy prize! They may be brought to Rowe School on Friday (5/17), 3pm - 4:30pm or to SpringFest on Saturday.

Please sign up HERE to donate a cake or treat to “WIN-A-CAKE!”.

  • concession stand

Pizza and popsicles and snacks and drinks and treats… Hooray! We will have it all for you! All items at the Concession Stand may be purchased with tickets. Each item is 1 - 5 tickets.
